Seller makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, except that the
goods sold under this agreement shall be of the standard quality of the seller,
and buyer assumes asil risk and liability resulting from the use of the goods,
whether used singly or in combination with other goods. Seller neither assumes
nor authorizes any person to assume for the seller any other liability in
connection with the sale or use of the goods sold, and there are no oral
agreements or warranties collateral to or affecting this agreement.

I represent that I am aware that some danger and risk may be associated with
the operation of the cannon or mortar I am purchasing, and I agree to assume
said danger and risk completely and hold Cannon Ltd. harmless and without
liability for any damage resulting from my operation of the cannon or mortar. I
represent that I am familiar with the operation and loading of the item I
purchased, and that I will operate and use the cannon or mortar in a safe and
prudent manner in accordance with the instructions of the seller and recognized
manuals in this field. Also I represent that I am familiar with the Black Powder
to be used in these cannons or mortars.
